A brown haired, steel blue-eyed beauty, Adriana Lima was born on 12 June 1981 in the most beautiful part of Brazil in Salvador, Bahia. She is a Brazilian supermodel and best known as Guess? Girl and a Victoria's Secret Angels.

As first spotted by an agent while shopping at local mall, started modeling from the age of 13, first in Brazil and later in New York City and Europe. Since then Adriana appeared in print works of bebe, Maybelline, BCBG, Anna Sui Jeans, Mossimo, Gasoline, Keds, Guess, Victoria's Secret and XOXO. She has also appeared on the covers of major publications such as Harper's Bazaar and ELLE.

Adriana came to worldwide recognition with her work for Guess and Victoria's Secret. Adriana got her greatest fame when she appeared dressed as an angel in the Victoria's Secret's 2001 fashion show. In 2001, Lima was co-starred along with Mickey Rourke in BMW's short film "The Follow", playing the beautiful young wife tailed by BMW driver Clive Owen.
