RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- Striker Ronaldo has promised to offer a "show" to the Brazilian fans in the last match of the national soccer team in the South American World Cup qualifying tournament for Germany 2006 at the Amazon city of Belemon Wednesday.

"We'll say farewell to our fans with a nice show and, hopefully, with many goals, of course. Whoever goes to the stadium won't be disappointed," said the Real Madrid striker in an interview released Monday by the local media.

Ronaldo said he is encouraged to put an end to a goal-less year with the national team.

He also said he wants to end the present season with a minimum of 35 goals in his personal account.

"Nothing has changed. I scored five goals in six matches in the Spanish championship and I feel good. But the most important thing is that the goals I've scored, are a contribution for Real Madrid to conquer lost titles," said he.

He also said Barcelona will be the main obstacle on Real's way to win the title, but said "there are other strong teams that can surprise. Valencia for instance, cannot be disregarded. " Enditem
