Phillip Swann, president of TVPredictions.com, has just released his 2005 'Best & Worst" looking celebrities in High-Definition TV.
Number eight on the 'Worst' List?
Actress Sandra Bullock!
Here's what 'Swanni' has to say about how Ms. Bullock looks in high-def, which provides a picture far clearer than regular TV:
"The Miss Congeniality star wouldn't win any beauty contests in high-def; she's 41, but her face looks even older in HD. Even worse, her skin looks like she's had an acne problem for some time."
