Cordero's next project: Manhunt, a Civil War thriller starring Harrison Ford.

Hollywood continues to recruit international talent with a frightening speed. Who is the last victim? Sebastian Cordero, 33-year old director from Ecuador. Hisfilm, Crónicas, only his second, got very good reviews in the festival circuit and is one of my year's favorites. Cordero's next project: Manhunt, a Civil War thriller starring Harrison Ford.
The story of Manhunt takes place after Lincoln's assassination in 1865. Ford is going to play Col. Everton Conger, who conducts a 12-day search for the killer. Andrew W. Marlowe, who worked with Ford on Air Force One, is hired to write a script.
Manhunt will be an English-language debut for Cordero, whose Crónicas also featured a story of a criminal investigation.
