JLo banned her ex-husband from American Idol auditions
Jennifer Lopez has banned her ex-husband for auditioning in the American Idol. The star’s first spouse Ojani Noa, had already planned to wait in the queue and wanted to serenade his former wife with one of her songs when he planned to audition in California. However, Jennifer, who has become the new member of the judging panel along with the frontman of Aerosmith, Steven Tyler, is not comfortable with Ojani auditioning. The channel has told him that he can get arrested if he auditions for the show.
A friend of Ojani said, “Jennifer got Fox to make sure the screeners would not let Ojani anywhere near the auditions. Fox made it clear that he was not welcome and that he could be arrested if he showed up, so he backed-out at the last minute. It was a shame because all he wanted to do was showcase his voice and show people that he can really sing too.”
Ojani had married JLo in 1997 after he met her while working as a waiter. Their marriage did not even last a year and they parted on good terms, but the pair somehow has fallen out in recent years. This happened after JLo hired a new chef and fired Ojani for the now closed restaurant Madre’s.
Since that time he has been banned from publishing a tell-all book, which he has written on Jennifer Lopez. However, the court ruled out his book, because it had footage of the couple’s honeymoon. The source also said, “Whenever Ojani tries to do something Jennifer just tries to block it any way that she can. Nobody really knows what she is so paranoid about.”
After divorcing Ojani, Jennifer had been dating rapper P.Diddy, she married and divorced Cris Judd. She got engaged with Ben Affleck and finally she decided to settle with married singer Marc Anthony, with whom she has two children, Max and Emme.
