Ciara Biography

Ciara also known as 'The First Lady of Crunk' or 'The Princess', born in 1985 is one of the best songwriters and the best singers. She is the most exciting performer, with her hottest looks and sound, the sexiest smiles all-together, she was the most famous singer in the world.

She is just 18 years old and now listed in the latest multi-talented scene-stealer to nudge her way to center stage with attention grabbing sound, different songwriting, and killing dance moves.

Singer Ciara dubbed the 'First Lady of Crunk & B' by the producer who should know, Lil Jon, she burst onto the scene with the never-gonna-get-it single 'Goodies,' and the breathy 'answer song' to Petey Pablo's 'Freek-a-Leek.' are some of them.

Ciara was born in Austin, as her father was in US Army, Ciara had to spent time living in Germany, New York, California, Arizona, and Nevada before getting settled in Atlanta. In her childage, she decided her life's goal, to become a singer though she found of modeling.

Ciara joined a girl group, which was working on songwriting but it was not long lasting. When Ciara met producer Jazze Pha, she left the group and landed a publishing deal where she found a 'music soul mate'.

With Sean Garrett, the co-writer of Usher's massive hit 'Yeah!,' Ciara co-wrote 'Goodies'. When Lil Jon heard the demo, he came to know it was going to be big hit.

In the summer of 2004 LaFace released the Lil Jon-produced track, and it was climbing up the charts very quickly and remarkably. In September 2004 Ciara with help from Pha, Garrett, and Lil Jon, then released her self-titled debut 'David Jeffries, All Music Guide'.

Ciara is only the second artist who dubbed as the First Lady of "Crunk & B", (and the first was Usher with his hit single 'Yeah') to release a Crunk & B song. They make you wanna wild out. 'Goodies' album is a female empowerment record. The female is in control on this song. This is one of the records for the ladies.

"I'm so happy I wrote 'Goodies'," Ciara replied on her success of Goodies. Jon says "She did an excellent job on it," when he was impressed by Ciara's approach to the song, which she co-wrote with Sean Garrett. For the young and not so young, the album is a complete work of art and a masterful mixture of messages.
