Daisy Fuentes was born November 17, 1966, in Havana, Cuba. Daisy Fuentes is a daughet of Amado Fuentes (a real-estate broker) and Maria Fuentes (housewife). Daisy's sister, Rosana Fuentes (born in 1972) is an advertising copywriter. When she was three years old, her family moved to Madrid, Spain, and at last emigrated to Harrison, New Jersey.

Daisy Fuentes was graduated from Harrison High School (Hudson County) New Jersey in 1984. she was homecoming queen in high school. Daisy Fuentes studied communications and journalism at Bergen Community College. In 1985, Daisy was selected as a news reporter and anchor for the evening news on WXTV Channel 41, Univision'sNew York affiliate and that was the start of her filmy career.

"Curdled" was the first movie which was released in 1996 and she played a role of Clara. Reb Braddock was the director of this movie. In the same year, Daisy was nominated for NCLR Bravo Award as Outstanding Performance by a Female in a Variety or Music Series/Special.

Daisy Fuentes was married with Timothy Adams (actor) in 1990 and was divorced in 1994. Timothy Adams was Daisy's high school sweetheart. From 1995 to 1998 Daisy was with Luis Miguel (singer). And currently, she was engaged to British singer Matt Goss.
