In 1997, Jenny Mccarthy was voted the Female Star of the Year at the Golden Apple Awards alongside Silvester Stalone who won the Male Star of the Year.

In 1999, at the Razzie Awards function, Jenny Mccarthy was nominated for the Worst Supporting Actress Award for the David Zucker comedy, BASEketball (1998) along with Yasmeen Bleeth who was nominated for the Worst Actress Award for the same movie.
