Nicholai Olivia Hilton was born on October 5, 1983 in New York, United States. She is an American model and heiress to a part of the Hilton Hotel chain. Also the partner of about 5%-15% of her father's real estate fortune and investments.

Nicky Hilton is the daughter of Richard Hilton and Kathy Richards. She was the second of four children in the family. Her sister and brothers are Paris Hilton, Barron Hilton and Conrad Hilton. On her maternal side she is a niece of two popular child stars Kim Richards and Kyle Richards. During 1970s they both were appeared in the motion picture Escape to Witch Mountain and TV shows like Little House on the Prairie, Nanny and the Professor, and later, ER.

Barron Hilton and Marilyn Hawley are her grandparents. Her name was her grandfather's brother Conrad's nickname Nicky Hilton who died 14 years ago before she was born. The current net worth of Barron Hilton is just over 1,000,000,000 USD and out of that Nicky Hilton is expected to inherit around $50,000,000 USD.

In her teenage she moved between several homes including Beverly Hills, The Hampton on Long Island, New York, and a suite in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in Manhattan. In 2003 Nicky Hilton's friend Nicole Ritchie offered her a role in a reality show "The Simple Life" with her sister Paris Hilton. But she rejected that offer. Paris accepted it and the show went to have four successful seasons.

Nicky married with Todd Andrew Meister on August 15, 2004. He is a Manhattan money manager, at a Las Vegas wedding chapel with Bijou Phillips and Tara Reid as bridesmaids. But the marriage was dissolve shortly afterwards. She dated Ian Somerhalder (Lost) in 2003 and as of January 2006 was dating Entourage star Kevin Connolly.

She briefly attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and The Parsons School of Design. In 2005 along with Kimberly Stewart she was the face of Australian underwear line, Antz Pantz. After that Hilton was replaced by Australian up-and-coming model Meagan Maitland.
